Establishes relationships with organizations to connect participants with housing, employment, and recovery support services
Maintains accurate records and performs data entry related to participant information and project requirements
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Certified Addiction Recovery Coach (CARC) certification required within 6 months of hire
3-5 years of experience working with patients with substance use disorders or mental health issues, or 2 years with a bachelor's degree
Personal experience with substance use disorder and long-term recovery is required
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is necessary
