Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Experience Specialist who will manage non-licensed aspects of real estate transactions from contract to close.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform non-licensed administrative tasks for real estate agents, managing contractual dates and deadlines
  • Collaborate with agents and third parties to ensure compliance and proper documentation for transactions
  • Organize transaction details and serve as the point-of-contact for all deal stakeholders throughout the closing process
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title, or transaction coordination/processing
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to learn and navigate multiple software systems effectively
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in providing exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process
