Job Summary

A company is looking for a Career Readiness Instructor to lead virtual workshops for college students preparing for AI/ML internships.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate weekly hands-on virtual workshops on career readiness topics
• Support students by coordinating outreach and fostering an inclusive classroom environment
• Engage in professional development and debriefing sessions to enhance instructional practices

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in career readiness or career development programming
• 1-2 years of teaching or facilitation experience with high school and/or college students
• Ability to deliver engaging and interactive virtual lessons
• Familiarity with the internship and early-career landscape in AI/ML
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in education and AI
