A company is looking for a Career Advisor (Remote) to provide support to military spouses through career advising and educational opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized career support and connect military spouses with educational and employment resources
• Assess needs and schedule career coaching appointments while maintaining case management systems
• Assist with troubleshooting and administration of scholarship programs for military spouses

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of professional experience in educational or career advising
• Three years of experience in training development, public speaking, and group facilitation
• Two years of experience supervising social services or education programs
• U.S. Citizenship required for access to government systems
• Home internet service with specific speed requirements and strong technology skills needed
