Job Summary

A company is looking for a Help Desk Support Specialist to provide technical support to clients and end users in an IT Service Desk capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide case creation and triage for all incoming events and technical support for desktop services
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues associated with end-user devices and software
  • Collaborate with IT staff and provide feedback to improve service quality
Required Qualifications
  • 3 months to 2 years of work experience or an Associate Degree from an IT Technical School
  • Progress toward or completion of CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Fundamentals certification
  • Understanding of basic Windows, Macintosh, and other operating systems and desktop hardware
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
