A company is looking for a Campaign Operations Coordinator for the LatAm region, working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, clean, and format audience lists using internal and external platforms for marketing campaigns
• Adapt audience data for various use cases ensuring accurate field mapping and segmentation
• Manage the intake process for leads, enrich data, and track lead progress through the funnel

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in marketing operations, CRM management, or similar roles
• Proficient with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Salesloft
• Familiarity with data enrichment solutions like Clearbit or ZoomInfo
• Strong spreadsheet skills in Google Sheets or Excel for data organization
• Fluent in English and based in LATAM, able to work across U.S. time zones
