A company is looking for a Call Center Representative III to manage high volumes of client inquiries and requests remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Researches and resolves complex customer inquiries and escalations while retaining clients at risk of termination
• Determines root causes of client issues and coordinates with internal departments for resolution
• Enters client updates into the appropriate system and serves as a mentor for new hires
