In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, where you'll address customer inquiries and tackle issues with a friendly touch. You'll provide support via phone, email, or chat, helping customers navigate through billing concerns and service upgrades. Your ability to communicate effectively and empathize with customers will go a long way in ensuring their satisfaction. You'll be responsible for documenting customer interactions diligently and resolving issues in a professional manner.
