Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Agent to join their Veterans Evaluation Services team remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screen incoming calls and provide information to Veterans and providers
  • Handle scheduling, appointment confirmations, and modifications
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and document information accurately
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum six (6) months of customer service experience
  • Preferred one (1) year of call center experience
  • Ability to commit to a five-week training period with no absences
  • Must reside in the Continental US and meet home office requirements
