Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our client’s callers, providing exceptional phone etiquette while following simple call handling directives. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and consistency during business hours (mainly Eastern and Central time zone).
Responsibilities
• Greet callers warmly, providing a positive first impression of the client we represent.
• Answer incoming calls using appropriate phone etiquette, directing calls to the relevant departments or personnel.
• Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar efficiently.
• Submit call reports when needed
• Collaborate with customer support team to report or escalate conversations.
• Maintain a 0 missed calls policy.
Qualifications
• Previous experience in a clerk office or call center.
• Familiarity with CRM software.
• Strong phone skills and etiquette for effective communication.
• Proficient in 10-key typing for accurate data entry.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
• Spanish speaking is a great bonus!
