Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in Danish for inquiries related to our video streaming platform.
• Assist customers with account creation, subscription management, and billing inquiries.
• Provide troubleshooting support for streaming issues and device compatibility.
• Educate customers on platform features and content libraries to enhance their experience.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on platform developments and media content to offer informed support.

• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the technology or digital media industries.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to troubleshoot and provide technical support in a user-friendly manner.
• Familiarity with customer service software or ticketing systems is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
