Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Care Technician to provide medical guidance and support to clients via live chat.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responds to live chats from clients regarding their pets' concerns and inquiries
• Gathers patient history and triage information to deliver appropriate medical guidance
• Documents client and patient needs to ensure quality care for potential in-hospital visits

Required Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted license to practice as a credentialed veterinary technician
• At least 3 years of experience as a credentialed veterinary technician in a clinical setting
• Availability to work 20 - 40 hours per week, including nights and weekends
• Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate self-discipline and accountability
• Comfort using technology and communicating effectively via text/chat messaging
