Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Title Examiner with CA experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Compiles and examines public and tax records to assess the legal condition and insurability of commercial or industrial property titles
• Prepares accurate title commitments following company procedures and guidelines
• Works under general supervision, managing own workload and performing additional duties as assigned by management

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Typically requires 3+ years of related work experience
• Experience with title examination software such as Data Trace, Title Data, Title Point, or similar is a plus
• Familiarity with back plants and the ability to search back to Patent
• Background in examining solar, windfarm, and storage tank battery properties is desired but not required
