Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop collaborative treatment plans
• Document and update treatment plans and clinical records while maintaining compliance
• Lead individual and group therapy sessions and coordinate post-discharge resources

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or related human services field
• Fully licensed preferred
