A company is looking for a Senior Staff Attorney to lead high-profile litigation and legal strategies that advance shareholder rights and corporate accountability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute innovative legal strategies to promote environmental and social justice and defend shareholder rights
  • Draft amicus briefs, regulatory petitions, and assist in advancing organizational strategies
  • Collaborate with colleagues and partner organizations to address emerging legal challenges
Required Qualifications
  • J.D. degree (or foreign equivalent) and licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
  • 5 or more years of post-graduate legal experience with significant litigation experience
  • Experience in environmental law and administrative law; interest in consumer protection and constitutional law
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and Sharepoint
  • Demonstrated commitment to progressive social and environmental change
