Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pediatric Mental Health Therapist to provide virtual mental health care to K-12 students.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based virtual mental health counseling and therapeutic interventions to assigned K-12 students
• Conduct initial mental health intake assessments, create individual treatment plans, and perform ongoing assessments of student progress
• Collaborate with the care management team and participate in clinical team activities, ensuring timely documentation and adherence to guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Licensed without restrictions as a LCSW, LMFT, or LCPC in California and the state of residence
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a school-based setting or with school-aged children
• Ability to obtain a fingerprint (FBI) criminal background check upon hire
• Strong technological skills and the ability to learn new software for digital documentation
• Bilingual skills in Spanish, Mandarin, Armenian, Russian, Korean, or Tagalog are highly desired
