Job Summary

A company is looking for a Women's Health Patient Advocate - Outbound (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with patients and healthcare providers through phone, email, and live chat
• Handle inquiries regarding products, insurance billing, and lab test results
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure prompt handling of orders and customer issues

Required Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare/biotechnology
• Experience using customer service applications, such as Service Cloud and Salesforce
• BA/BS preferred but not required
• Minimum speed/bandwidth requirements: 50 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
• Hardworking individual who enjoys teamwork and supporting others
