Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Closer III to manage loan documentation and funding processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with bank and regulatory requirements for loan files and documents
• Prepare and verify loan documents and information accurately within established timeframes
• Collaborate with Settlement Agents and complete a minimum of 8 files per day

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 3 years recent closing/funding experience
• Basic computer experience (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Knowledge of federal/state regulatory policies and procedures (TRID experience required)
• Ability to maintain performance under stress and meet deadlines
