Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join their multidisciplinary health care team focused on optimizing mental health.

Key Responsibilities

• Virtually treat patients with mental health concerns using the Collaborative Care model and coordinate care with medical providers
• Support psychotropic medication management and provide brief behavioral interventions using evidence-based techniques
• Document patient progress, facilitate referrals, and participate in caseload consultations with psychiatric consultants

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Current and unrestricted license to practice as a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in California
• Experience providing individual therapy and skills in assessment and differential diagnosis
• Commitment to evidence-based practices and data-driven treatment
• Ability to work non-standard hours and proficiency in computer and technology skills
• Masters-level unlicensed clinical social workers (MSWs) may apply and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
