Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation Attorney to handle complex litigation matters and trials remotely in California.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of litigation, including depositions, legal research, and drafting pleadings
• Represent clients in court or before government agencies and negotiate settlements
• Develop relationships with clients and provide informed legal advice while maintaining case management

Required Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an ABA-approved school
• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar
• Minimum of three years of litigation experience
• Proven ability to manage litigation cases from start to finish
• Excellent knowledge of litigation software and Microsoft Office suite
