Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor with active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, or substantial contract negotiation experience

Skill in negotiating commercial and legal issues and drafting commercial agreements
Ability to respond quickly and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Well-developed capacity to understand business issues and apply practical legal solutions
