Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Therapist (LCSW/LPCC/LMFT) - Lead Therapist.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy, assessing client histories and determining treatment options
• Consult with the Clinical Manager to develop and facilitate program activities and provide oversight of other clinicians
• Create individualized treatment plans and document ongoing assessments of patient progress

Required Qualifications

• Active clinical licensure in the state of California
• Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, behavioral health, or a related field
• Experience in providing individual, group, and family therapy/counseling
• Active clinical licensure and experience in LMFT/LCSW/LPC/LMHC
• Comfortable with technology and distance-based management of patients
