Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of litigated matters including motor vehicle accidents and premises liability
• Draft legal documents such as motions, pleadings, and settlement agreements
• Attend court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and trials

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Must be licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
• Minimum of 3+ years of insurance defense litigation experience
• Strong knowledge of California civil litigation procedures
