Job Summary

A company is looking for a Represented Casualty Claims Adjuster to analyze and negotiate bodily injury claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate coverage and liability investigations and draft coverage letters
• Evaluate and resolve bodily injury claims, including complex medical records analysis
• Negotiate settlements with claimants and attorneys while preparing presentations for upper management

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 3+ years of experience in claims adjusting for complex bodily injury claims
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with Guidewire claims system is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must reside in California as this is a remote role
