A company is looking for an Assistant Property Manager (Commercial - Remote CA).

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Property Manager in managing assigned properties, including maintenance and tenant relations
• Assist with financial tasks such as budgeting, collections, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with company processes and enhance tenant experience

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial property management, preferably in retail
• Experience with property management financials
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel; experience with Yardi, AP/AR preferred
