Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate residential properties according to BelWertV
• Set, process, and assess real estate collateral
• Conduct reviews and approvals of collateral releases

Required Qualifications

• Successfully completed degree or comparable training, ideally related to real estate
• Professional experience in property appraisal or credit analysis related to real estate
• Ideally holds a HypZert certification
• Fluent in German (minimum C1) and good command of English (minimum B2)
