Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Unit Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across its Controllership Business Unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and influence cross-functional teams to establish operational rhythms and review structures
• Set cross-functional goals, OKRs, and KPIs aligned with the annual operating framework
• Project manage M&A integration activities and support product strategy execution

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in a SaaS-based software business in an operating or functional role
• 3+ years of experience in growth-oriented roles, such as product or customer success
• Experience with Agile methodology and P/L management
• Strong organizational skills and ability to drive decision-making
• Proficient with tools such as Excel, BI reporting, and project management software
