Business Technology Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Technology Program Manager to lead and coordinate large-scale, cross-functional enterprise initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex enterprise programs involving multiple business units and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, tracking milestones and deliverables using Adobe Workfront
• Oversee and coordinate the work of contract project managers to ensure alignment with overall program goals

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program/project management with a track record of leading large, cross-functional enterprise initiatives
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Experience managing teams or contractors, with excellent leadership and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Workfront or similar project portfolio management tools
• PMP, PgMP, or other relevant certifications are a plus
