Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst, Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between IT and Marketing teams to enhance processes and workflows
• Advise on business processes and technology development in Salesforce, Marketo, and related applications
• Participate in key IT projects and collaborate on cross-team initiatives while maintaining effective communication with partners

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business systems analysis or related fields focused on the Salesforce stack
• 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, sales operations, or customer success operations
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and knowledge of boundary systems like Marketo and Outreach
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
• Background in standard Marketing methodologies, lead flow, and campaign management
