A company is looking for a Business Process Analyst - AI Strategy to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience through process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for efficiency and service improvement
• Develop documentation, including workflows and process maps, to support design initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement operational enhancements and propose AI use cases

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• 2+ years of experience in the rollout of new initiatives and systems
• 1+ years of data analytics experience with a focus on business solutions
• 1+ years of experience with AI technologies in business applications
• Demonstrated experience in documenting and enhancing business processes
