EAP Worklife Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EAP Worklife Analyst for the Medicare Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consultation, assessment, and resource referrals for child care, elder/adult care, and everyday needs
• Document member interactions and research/case fulfillment in the system
• Work in an inbound and outbound call center environment, handling various types of calls

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in locating and referring to community resources
• 1+ year of experience working with elderly and/or adults with disabilities
• 1+ year of experience in social work, social services, or case management
• 1+ year of experience conducting psychosocial and/or needs assessments
• Bachelor's degree required in Social Work or a related field
