Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Process Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Program and maintain mid office technology and agent systems, including GDS scripts and applications
• Review open projects and provide support for automated quality control systems and business analysis efforts
• Communicate project statuses and manage stakeholder expectations effectively

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Travel Quality Control Systems and Mid office applications such as Concur Compleat and iQCX
• Familiarity with database administration and SQL
• Knowledge of XML standards and web services management
• Basic knowledge of Java and working level knowledge of VB.net development
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
