A company is looking for a Business Development Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new logo pipeline through outbound efforts and qualify high-priority leads
  • Promptly action Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to enhance customer experience
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to improve conversion rates and develop sales strategies
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in a Business Development Representative (BDR) or Sales Development Representative (SDR) role
  • 1 year of experience in cold calling prospects
  • Experience in outbounding to new accounts
  • Demonstrated over-performance in sales for at least one quarter
  • Familiarity with Outreach/Salesloft and Salesforce.com is a bonus
