Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with high-potential onchain-native startups, fintechs, and web2 companies entering the crypto space
• Drive awareness of Onramp API and its value as a developer-friendly onramp solution
• Source leads through traditional channels and web3-native approaches, tracking all activity in CRM systems

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships
• Strong understanding of the crypto ecosystem, particularly onchain applications and developer tooling
• Experience engaging with technical audiences and navigating developer communities
• Highly organized and data-driven, comfortable using CRM tools
• Self-starter mindset with a strong sense of ownership in zero-to-one environments
