A company is looking for a Manager, Business Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full life cycle of funding proposal submissions, ensuring clarity in roles and coordination among stakeholders
• Contribute to business development strategies and co-lead executive team reports and monthly cross-team syncs
• Oversee data management efforts and collaborate with Finance and program teams for cohesive project implementation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 7+ years of relevant experience in project development or business development
• Experience in research and grant writing, with familiarity in USG and philanthropic applications
• Proven success in relationship building with measurable results
• Exceptional project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
