Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Manager to manage and qualify inbound leads and support outbound outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and qualify inbound leads, ensuring timely responses and accurate CRM entry
• Support outbound outreach to target organizations to increase the pipeline of qualified leads
• Collaborate with Sales VPs on trade show efforts, meeting coordination, and reporting on lead conversion rates

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, public relations, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot)
• Demonstrated history of consistent follow-up and task ownership
• Experience in customer call handling and customer-facing communication
• Outbound call experience preferred
