Key Responsibilities

• Generate high-quality contract and direct hire orders from new and inactive accounts
• Consistently exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through effective territory development
• Maintain active participation in networking organizations and collaborate with recruiting teams for client requisitions

Required Qualifications

• Staffing industry experience, particularly in manufacturing
• Bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese
• At least 2 years of experience in sales or client relationship management in a B2B environment
• Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
