Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development and Capture Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business development efforts to identify and secure new opportunities within USSOCOM and its components
• Develop and execute strategic capture plans to enhance company offerings in government contracting
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, overseeing the full sales cycle from lead generation to post-award debriefing

Required Qualifications

• Minimum BA/BS degree
• 5+ years of experience in business development or capture management within the government contracting environment
• Demonstrated experience winning contracts involving staffing cleared professionals in SOF/USSOCOM roles within the last 2 years
• Strong understanding of DoD acquisition processes and government contracting landscape
• Experience utilizing acquisition research systems such as GovWin and sam.gov
