Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to team and end users while documenting technical solutions
• Collaborate with site leaders to enhance the Advanced Scheduling module
• Estimate, organize, and lead workstream deliverables

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UKG Advanced Scheduling in Retail
• Proficiency in UKG Pro WFM and Requirements Gathering
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience
• Experience in machine learning and volume/labor forecasting
• Familiarity with UKG Boomi Integrations and Production Support is a plus
