Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Operations - Business Analyst V.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with business stakeholders to identify and translate business requirements into scalable solutions
• Manage various work streams, including planning and executing multiple projects/enhancements
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive execution of technology solutions that align with organizational goals

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or IT-related fields (or equivalent experience)
• 6+ years of solution lead experience in a corporate environment, preferably in HR Technology
• Strong preference for Retail Experience
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across various organizational levels
• Demonstrated experience translating business needs into technical requirements
