Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with third-party administrators and internal partners

• Manage client relationships and support brokers with benefit inquiries and claims escalations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics or Business Administration (or equivalent)
• Five years of experience in vendor management within the healthcare industry
• Experience in managing relationships with clients and brokers in international insurance
• Proficiency in negotiating contracts and applying underwriting methodologies
• Experience in training vendors and managing medical claims processing
