Key Responsibilities

• Elicit and document requirements through various methods including interviews and workshops
• Serve as a liaison between the customer community and the software development team, ensuring requirements are communicated effectively
• Manage vendor relationships and support underwriting processes while maintaining project documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience
• Up to 2 years of experience in testing and/or systems background
• Thorough understanding of operational procedures and systems
• Advanced skills using MS Excel
• Experience in vendor relationship support and operational areas such as claims and underwriting
