Business Analyst 3

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst 3 to support a statewide program transition to an Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) system.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), training development, risk mitigation, and system improvement initiatives
• Gather business requirements from diverse stakeholders
• Review deliverables and technical documentation to ensure quality and compliance

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience troubleshooting and delivering solutions to system issues
• 8+ years of experience designing and conducting formal training for system users
• 8+ years of experience creating and executing UAT test cases
• 8+ years of experience translating state and local agency requirements into system enhancements
• Preferred: 1+ year experience with State WIC or WIC Local Agency systems
