Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to oversee the business aspects of platforms and tools that support operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements from stakeholders and convert them into functional requirements
• Work with stakeholders to prioritize business requests and implement changes in various systems
• Collaborate with project sponsors to determine project scope and guide other analysts in implementing changes

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma and/or GED equivalent
• 3+ years of mortgage origination experience, preferably in process definition or design
• Experience in business and technical analysis, elicitation, and methodology development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Exceptional analytical and statistical skills applicable to business problems
