Key Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the billing team, providing guidance, coaching, and training
• Monitor billing activities, ensuring accurate and timely customer invoicing
• Address and resolve complex billing issues while implementing process improvements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Billing Manager or Team Lead, managing teams of 3 or more in a high-volume business
• Familiarity with billing software and relevant systems
• Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, vlookup)
• A thorough understanding of billing procedures
• Associate, BA/BS in Accounting is a plus, but not required
