Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Specialist to join their team on a long-term contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Submit electronic bills using various e-billing systems and handle appeals and error messages
• Process billing edits, transfers, and changes for attorneys across multiple practice groups
• Monitor and respond to billing department inquiries via email and telephone

Required Qualifications

• Experience with 3E (Elite) billing system
• High volume billing experience
• Familiarity with IP billing is a plus
• Ability to work a flexible 37.5 hour work week with potential for overtime
• Local to specified cities including Atlanta, Chicago, and New York
