Resident Accounts Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Resident Accounts Manager to oversee financial operations and resident support for a portfolio of properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and post rent in compliance with state and local requirements
• Implement collections strategies to maintain delinquency below 1% and manage bad debt
• Handle customer care issues and respond to online reviews and inquiries promptly

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in an Assistant Manager or Bookkeeper role within property management
• Proficient in Entrata and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in collecting delinquent rent and managing post move-out charges
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organization skills and ability to create urgency in rent collections
