A company is looking for a Support Specialist Bilingual English Mandarin or Cantonese.

Key Responsibilities

  • Document member information accurately and communicate member issues effectively to improve outcomes
Required Qualifications
  • Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin
  • Experience in handling telephonic communications in a support role
  • Ability to manage a large caseload efficiently
  • Familiarity with documenting information in compliance with internal procedures
  • Experience in working with care management or similar clinical teams is preferred
