Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Access Associate-RRC.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a Call Center agent to support Patient Access Registration activities
• Ensure patient accounts are complete with valid insurance coverage and current demographic/clinical data
• Calculate patient financial responsibility and process patient payments

Required Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent
• One year of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, clinical role, or related clerical accounting/finance/retail
• No specific licensure or certification required by law
• Three years of healthcare revenue cycle/call center experience preferred
• Certification with Healthcare Financial Management Association or Certified Revenue Cycle Representative preferred
