Bilingual Senior Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual English and Spanish Senior Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer a high volume of calls regarding patient billing and general customer concerns
• Process adjustments, refunds, and perform manual sales related to billing inquiries
• Research and resolve complex billing issues and maintain tracking logs of escalated correspondence

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
• 2+ years of customer service experience or relevant experience in a medical or office setting
• Ability to navigate and learn new computer systems
• Must be 18 years of age or older
